You can book more than one person if you wish. 

£25 per person.

Maximum group size of 10 people so you get lot’s one to one attention, advice, tips and ideas to get you going.

These dates will only go ahead with sufficient numbers and good weather.

What Is Nordic Walking?

Nordic walking poles propel you forward helping you walk further, faster, and with greater efficiency, giving you a whole-body workout.

Nordic involces the muscles of your upper body, shoulders and arms, along with your legs to drive you forward.

Nordic walking and walking for fitness offers a low impact exercise suitable for pretty much everyone – if you can walk and swing your arms you can learn to nordic walk and walk for fitness.

What’s more, nordic walking gets you outdoors. You get the health and wellness benefits of getting out in nature with lots of fresh air while enjoying some of our local greenspaces with like minded people.

You may have heard about the great fitness benefits of nordic walking or that it makes the perfect cross-training activity for runners, cyclists, and swimmers.

You might be a fell, trail or mountain runner and seen other runners using nordic walking poles or mountain poles. Using nordic poles on your runs can improve your performance, aid your fitness and develop your trail skills.
