What Is Nordic Walking?
Nordic walking poles propel you forward helping you walk further, faster, and with greater efficiency, giving you a whole-body workout.
Your upper body, via your shoulders and arms, combine with your legs to drive you forward.
Nordic walking offers a low impact exercise suitable for pretty much everyone – if you can walk and swing your arms you can learn to nordic walk.
What’s more, nordic walking gets you outdoors. You get the health and wellness benefits of getting out in nature with lots of fresh air while enjoying some of our local greenspaces.
Join our regular walks and you’ll make friends too!

Or simply, you long to get out more in beautiful surroundings with your family and friends.
No matter what your aspirations or motivations we’re here to help you. Get in touch.
